Learning in COVID-19 Era, Responses of Students and Lectures

When the COVID-19 pandemic occurred, face-to-face classes at University of Muhammadiyah Banjarmasin switched to online method. Changing habits from direct learning requires adjustment and habituation, both for lecturers students. This study aims describe (1) obstacles faced by Mathematics Indonesian students in conducting lectures; (2) applications are used mathematics language lecturers, including assessment procedures (attendance, assignments, examinations); (3) obtained solutions overcome various so that objectives can be achieved. research method is a descriptive methodology. Data through Google Form. The participants 44 10 lecturers. results showed student complaints against were limited internet networks, quota, large number assignments given lack understanding material presented While lecturer's strategy assessing carried out combining several supporting media or applications. Some alternative offered an agreement between on what methods use opening opportunities communicate openly avoid misunderstanding presented, on; integration according subjects being taught; (4) making exam questions more focused students' as minimize possibility cheat.
